At the heart of its organization is its desire to value its employees and customers to assure they remain happy. In an effort to do so, Bell established its Pay It Forward program. This unique initiative gives employees money to give where they see the most need. To date, this has equated to over $26 million going back into their great communities.
Beyond its Pay It Forward program, Bell hosts an annual employee Christmas party. For the last several years, Farber has been honored to provide full production and design services for this incredible celebration.
Each year, Bell submits a new theme for Farber to develop into an evening of experiences and entertainment. With this theme in hand, Farber gets to work developing conceptual drawings, renderings, and planning strategies to share with the Bell Team before a final event is created.
Our most recent production transformed Scheels Arena in Fargo, ND, into an exciting campus-wide event—complete with a welcoming entrance, custom stage designs for a full-concert production, and a nightclub-atmosphere after party, and much more. The highlight of the night was when Carrie Underwood, Journey, and Rascal Flatts rocked our stage.
